What is your exchange or return policy?

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. 

We reserve the right to cancel any order, at any time, with a full refund to the original form of payment.

We reserve the right to remove an item from any order, at any time, for a full refund of that item to the original form of payment.

Exchange Policy:

We reserve the right to refuse any request for exchange.

Consumed products cannot be exchanged or returned.

If a mistake has been made with your order, or there is a product defect, we will happily exchange, or replace, any remaining, uneaten product.

Return Policy:

Returns must be made on apparel, accessories, and any other non-edible merchandise with the original receipt within 30 days of purchase. No returns will be made without a receipt. Returned merchandise must be in sellable condition, unwashed, unsoiled and with tags intact. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Edible products are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund. Gift Cards are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund. Online returns must be made through our customer service department at hello@katiesicecreamcapecod.com

Mistakes are made, we are not perfect. If you have placed an online order and an item is missing or omitted, we will gladly replace the missing item or issue you a refund for the missing item to the original form of payment. Please call us at 508-771-6889 and we will be happy to fix any mistake based on this policy.

Can you help us scoop at our event?

As much as we’d love to come to your party, we don’t offer catering at this time.

What toppings do you have available?

You’ll find a list of available packaged toppings and pricing listed on our online ordering form.

How much ice cream should I order?

great rule of thumb is 1 tub per 40 people! Tubs serve about 26 six-oz scoops or 50 smaller, three-oz scoops.

What are your most popular flavors?

Everyone seems to have their own favorite Katie’s flavor, but chocolate, salted caramel, vanilla and coffee are all good bets. If you’re serving mostly kids, we recommend strawberry, mint chip and vanilla.

What flavors do you have that are dairy free?

We always have at least two non-dairy flavors: a sorbet and a coconut milk ice cream. You can check out our current dairy free offerings here.

How should I pay?

Our scoopers will happily take your cash or credit card payment when you pick up your order.

What flavors do you have available?

All 33 of our homemade scoop flavors plus two non-dairy flavors are available to order by the tub, quart or pint. All other flavors are available for walk-in purchases of up to 2 tubs at our shop.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we offer in-store gift cards redeemable at our scoop shops.

Where can I find allergen and nutritional information?

There are no eggs in our ice cream unless individually noted. All of our ice creams are gluten free unless wheat/gluten is listed as an allergy. Those with SEVERE nut allergies should know that we process and use both tree nuts and peanuts in our kitchens. You can find allergen information for each flavor in our store. Unfortunately we don’t have nutritional information for flavors at this time.
